Our Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by us from our website or a client. We are committed to providing the best possible service experience and are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles and the Australian Privacy Act 1988, which is the principle piece of Australian Legislation protecting the handling of personal information about individuals.
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to read this Privacy Policy carefully.
Read any written materials between us thoroughly as they may contain further details on how we collect and process your data.
If you provide us with personal information about other people, or if others give us information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us. From time-to-time, we may use client information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change and will adhere to our updated practices.
We may occasionally hire other companies or individuals to provide services on our behalf including, but not limited to, handling client enquiries, processing transactions or freight shipping. These companies or individuals will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. We store personal information in electronic systems or paper files. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold against loss, unauthorised access or use, modification or disclosure, and against other misappropriation. These steps include securing paper files in locked cabinets, electronic backups and physical access restrictions, as required by law. If a breach occurs and personal information that we hold about you is subject to unauthorised loss, use or disclosure, we will respond in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, which requires us to notify you, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and any other relevant agencies, if it’s likely to result in serious harm to you or any affected individuals. When no longer required, we destroy personal information in accordance with the ASIC Record Disposal Authority as approved by the National Archives of Australia or as part of normal administrative practice.

If we refuse to provide access or correct personal information about you, we will notify you of our reasons and advise you of how you may seek a review. You may be required to put your request in writing for security purposes. We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information on a per request basis.
